Tamper-Proof Earned/Paid/Voided Record

Every commission entry snapshots the agent's name, level, team and rate at the moment of sale and is only ever marked earned, paid or voided - never quietly edited. You always have a clean, defensible record of who was owed what and why.

Auto-Void on Refund

When you reverse or void an invoice, the system voids only the commission that is still unpaid - commission you have already paid out stays protected. Refunds never claw money back off your team unfairly, and your books stay honest.
